IEI-ANCHOR PENSION MANAGERS LIMITED STATEMENT OF NON-DISCLOSURE


PURPOSE

A statement expressing legal commitment to keep in confidence all private information of our clients; which information we are privileged to handle in the line of business constituting client confidential information.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Client information shall at all times remain confidential. Such information includes files, data/documents which shall be held in strict confidence and shall not be disclosed to third parties except under the terms outlined below:

  1. By Order of Court
  2. By Compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. By Requirement of regulatory bodies
  4. By a written consent of the client
  5. Where a client is deceased, IEI-Anchor Pension Managers will be obligated to disclose to a next-of-kin of a deceased client's or his lawful estate.
EXCLUSION:

This statement by IEI-Anchor does not extend to the following information

  1. Any information publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of IEI-Anchor Pension Managers.
  2. Any information discovered by IEI-Anchor Pension Managers before disclosure by the Client.
  3. Any information learned by IEI- through legitimate means other than from the client.
  4. Any information disclosed by IEI-Anchor with the Client’s express or implied consent.
